The H2PlasmaRed project was presented at AISTech 2026 in Pittsburgh, USA (4–6 May 2026), also known as the “City of Bridges.”

Dr. Akhilesh Kumar Swarnakar (ESTEP) presented project updates during the session “Oxygen Steelmaking: Smelting and Other Decarbonization Technologies.”

The presentation, titled “Hydrogen Plasma Smelting Reduction Technology: One Example of the Clean Steel Partnership Success Stories,” highlighted key progress and insights from the project.
