H2PlasmaRed Network Event in Leoben, Austria – 10-12 Feb 2025

The on-site General Assembly Meeting at Montanuniversität Leoben was a great success! In addition to progress updates from all the work package leaders, we visited the university laboratories, Voestalpine Stahl Donawitz Gmbh, and the K1-MET GmbH pilot-HPSR reactor.

Special thanks to Daniel Ernst, Felix Hoffelner, and Michael Andreas Zarl for organizing the event and to Alessandra Colli for the encouraging words! We had some time for laboratory experiments too, and with these experiments, we hope to get more information about the effect of pre-reduction on the H2-plasma smelting reduction.
