H2PlasmaRed at the 22nd International Metallurgy and Materials Congress 2024 in Istanbul, Turkey

Last week, our project coordinator, Henri Pauna, had the great opportunity to be part of the Business Finland delegation to meet the Turkish steelmakers, research institutes, and universities at the ANKIROS trade fair and the 22nd International Metallurgy and Materials Congress in Istanbul.

“The schedule was packed with interesting visits and both formal and informal discussions on the sustainability of steelmaking. I was glad to discuss our recent research progress and to give an overview presentation at the congress about our Towards Carbon-Neutral Metals, Towards Fossil-Free Steels, and H2PlasmaRed Horizon Europe projects.”
